This concert version is the Canadian Professional Premiere of the legendary musical.

First produced on Broadway in 1964, Anyone Can Whistle is set in an imaginary town that has gone bankrupt. It focuses on the tough, unpopular Mayoress, Cora Hoover Hooper, who, determined to rescue her town from financial ruin, conspires with her political cronies to create a tourist attraction by faking a miracle.
